This festival will benefit the Down Syndrome Association of San
Antonio. The Coastal Bend Sky Pirates cordially invite all kite
fliers to join us in this endeavor. The main purpose is for the
families of Downs kids to get a day just to enjoy the beach, sky,
winds, kites, kayaks, food and fun on the water. Rockport Beach is
easy to find next to Downtown Heritage District and the Harbor--
(there is a per car daily parking permit required- or $10 annual
pass). We will be mid-way down the beach just past the first
pavilion. LUNCH AND DINNER PROVIDED FOR ALL KITE FLIERS WHO REGISTER
